The Generation of people born during the 1980s and early 1990s are known by Generation Y. Members of Generation Y are often referred to as “echo boomers” because they are the children of parents born during the baby of the boom. Because children born during this time period have had constant access to technology i.e., Internet, globalization, mobile phones and Face book. The millennium generation, as it is often called, has grown up with new technology and can use it in their jobs much better than the older generation can. Blackberry’s, cell phones, iPods are normal for this generation. They like to communicate via text messaging, Face book and other online technology
