Classroom interaction is an idea that got more popular in recent times and the ideal place for it to happen is the classroom itself. This is more so in second or foreign language. The previous Studies have shown that knowledge is constructed and communicative skills are developed by the classroom interaction. Therefore, the students ought to be given chance to use language in a natural situation rather than through the memorization of dialogues and grammar pattern practices. Teachers play a great role in expediting students’ language learning. This research article explores the effectiveness of teacher teaching techniques in advocating English language learning in secondary schools in catholic schools and non catholic schools, a case study conducted in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.lassroom interaction is an idea that got more popular in recent times and the ideal place for it to happen is the classroom itself.
