LIFE finds to exist if communication stops, and in normal note communication manifests both by spoken and written words and also by gestures, other non-verbal communication based on individual perceptions. Good communication or inter-personal skills can develop successful outcomes in oneself while poor communication can distort and mess progress. One of the best methods of collecting ideas is brainstorming. The main purpose of brainstorming is to collect as many ideas as one can about the given topic, in which some sufficient ideas can be kept readily. At this stage, quantity is more important than quality. Meanwhile, one can assess the significance of these notions and could decide whether to take back up to use them later whenever it is needed. Similarly, in Test-Teach- Test approach, the teacher starts with a diagnostic activity to seek out how much of the target vocabulary that the students have already known. This activity is usually student-centred, which allow for peer teaching like matching words to pictures or definitions, categorising words or phrases, role playing and other tasks too. Keywords: Test-Teach-Test, brainstorming, soft skills, student-centred, diagnostic.
