Dickens a great writer on the social life during the reign of Elizabeth III, where we find little poor children living in very dirty quarters of London talking such a plain, vulgar and poor language as appeared clearly in Dickens novels, This research is an attempt to study various aspect of one of the greatest writer and novelist of England during the eighteenth century. The writer who spent a lot of his life writing on the poor; homeless children ;boys and girls and the lower class of Britain ;France and other European countries. This paper answers for the question: What was his education; his philosophy and his attitude towards British society?
