Human resource management is the sector which covers different kinds of people and in different sectors. It is very essential to know the perspective of managers towards requirement and outcome of education institutions. Teaching methodologies are keep changing with pertain to technology and future education is the platform to learn everything in online basis. Is Education through online is boon or groundbreaking? Yes many add on courses are already available through online which are considering as extra certification and can be considerable as what extra knowledge you have gathered in this competitive world. In this paper we can try to find, Is Outcome based and productive learning possible through technology? Technology is one of the key sector which providing everything in few seconds without much difficulty. When we think on learning process of what our students are learning today and are they really grabbing the required knowledge and also important to know percentage of ethical learner. This paper is also considering the artificial intelligence versus human capital and will county like India replace the technology for human resource.
