India is a developing nation and it has been growing in every field. The field like education has experienced a vital change steadily after Independence. The development in Indian education system must add to the focus on the reforms in administrative implications for the inclusion of technological advancement methods in higher education. Effectiveness and accountability have become noteworthy elements in higher education, and the addition of technological advancement methods into the educational administration process has become a requirement. The present paper is an attempt to seek administrative implications for the inclusion of technological ways in higher education. The technological advancement of an institution depends exclusively on the attitude of an administrator. Therefore, it is a need of time that each administrator of higher education institution must be well acquainted with all devices of technological methods. He/she should be advanced personality in acquiring and installing these technologies in the organization or in the institution. But while introducing new technologies, administrators and teachers of higher education should be prepared to internalize the change with latest aids of information and communication technology.
