Typical management protocol dictates that the manager has the upper hand; as the one with title he holds the authority. But all too often the subordinate is one whom colleagues and others in management come to regard as the more valuable of the two. Most of the organizations will have the conflicts between managers and subordinates because the manager will have qualification so they will appoint directly as a manger but whereas the subordinates who are working from long time in the organization will not accept the change in the organization so the conflicts will start in the organization between the manager’s and the subordinates. Manager should have the professional qualification and manager have prescribed qualification to the manager position and manager deals the situation with profess ironally means way of talking, body posture handling the situation these all are come with qualification not with the experience in fact.
