Today the global peace is mostly dependent on virtual world and relationships on line. By the development of Information Technology, the importance of computers has grown tremendously. Computer machine has been driving force of revolutionizing the modern life in terms of commerce, trade, Industry and Social relations. As we see in conventional system of life, cyber life also got deficiencies and differences of opinion and conflicts and companionship. Computer technology is extensively used by Commerce and trade segments and the commercial activities used by commercial life, occupy a major portion of virtual world. Issues may be of virtual world but the dispute-resolution is in real world. Dispute settlements, however, through online arbitration methods have raised complex legal issues with regards to its relationship with other community legislations. Such evolved mechanism of dispute resolution in respect of virtual vexations may run into complications in the application of traditional principles of arbitration law.
