The present paper focuses on the emergence of regional parties in United Andhra Pradesh. After independence in India particularly in United Andhrapradesh, there were numerous regional political parties emerged for the sake of existence and identity. Most of the regional parties have formed lest the caste configuration. The main argument of the paper is to explore how the regional parties have come to an existence and flared up the socio-economic condition of the particular area in India. In the name of developing state, every regional political party floated a party and try to come to power with an alliance and make a lot of money and disappear from the main stream of the society.
