As we all know that the increasing in globalization requires a heterogeneous workforce culture, such as diverse backgrounds, diverse work cultures, beliefs, race, age, and experience, so on. Rather before the homogenous workforce, that are characterized by age, experience, education, beliefs, religions and regions has not arrived with innovative thoughts and creative solutions to the problems that are faced by the organizations in a competitive world market. Therefore, in a diverse group of work there exists a collective knowledge to formulate the solutions to the problems and inventing new implementations that are requires to the organization when and where, if necessary. From these the firms that generate ideas from the diverse backgrounds and gain different experiences which is needed. Apart from this, the organization needs to focus on workplace diversity that is more creative and unlock to change to diversity. The objective of the study is to examine the difference between gender diversity and employee attitudes towards workforce diversity and religion diversity with attitudes towards workforce diversity. This paper focuses on the gender and religion diversity has influences on attitudes among the workforce diversity and the steps to unlock the differences in workplace diversity.
