Observing driver’s verbal behavior, we’ll face this fact that their verbal behavior can be analyzed in polite requests and impolite requests. In this study it has been tried to analyze cab driver’s verbal behavior. What will happen if somebody without a good excuse doesn’t care other’s shift? And what will happen if somebody without any good excuse doesn’t care other’s shift? Scientific part of this study includes collecting data that it has been done through recording sounds. Sampling of this study includes 20 old and young drivers that they have been chosen by chance. Analyzing information shows that about polite requests all of them agree.
